Will this work with my vehicle?

This jump starter is designed to work with most petrol and diesel vehicles, including cars, utes, 4WD's, motorbikes and light trucks so you can buy with confidence knowing it will fit your needs.

What if my car battery is completely dead?

This jump starter delivers instant power to start your vehicle in seconds, even when the battery is fully drained, so you’re never stuck waiting for roadside assistance.

Is it easy to use if I’ve never used one before?

Yes. The simple, step-by-step design makes it easy for anyone to use, even under stress, so you can get back on the road quickly without guesswork.

Can I safely use this without damaging my car?

Yes. Built-in safety protections prevent sparks, reverse polarity, overcharging and short circuits making it safe for anyone to use with confidence.

How long does it take to fully charge and how long does it last?

A full charge takes 3–4 hours, and once fully charged, the battery can hold power for up to 1-2 months (when not in use) so it’s ready whenever an emergency happens.

Does the unit need to be turned on to jump start?

No, the unit does not need to be turned on. Simply connect the jumper cables correctly to your battery (Red to +, Black to -) and then start your vehicle. The unit will automatically detect the connection and deliver power when needed.

What is the difference between PSI, KPA and BAR?

PSI, KPA and BAR are all units used to measure air pressure when inflating tyres or other inflatables. They all measure the same thing just in different formats. Some tyres and equipment are labelled in PSI, KPA or BAR, which is why the RoadRescue Pro allows you to switch between all three.

Will this actually work in emergencies or extreme conditions?
